Heat Treatment

Our 40 foot car bottom furnace is installed and operational with a weight capacity of 350,000 lbs and can handle material up to 40 ft long, 10.6 ft wide and up to 10 ft tall. Being AMS 2750 certified from 900° - 1900°F +/- 25°, it's time to turn up the heat!

With a 40 ft water quench tank, customers have the flexibility to air cool or water quench their material. The in-house production planners in Mt. Braddock, PA will assist in the transportation and delivery of your materials – any size, anywhere.
